  2. Cancellation Policy
    1. A minimum of one hour’s notice for a cancelled appointment is required so that I may contact another student on my waiting list to fill the scheduled time slot. Sessions at or before 3:30 during regular school hours may be cancelled with 30 minutes notice. Otherwise, except for legitimate emergencies, I will require payment for the missed lesson.
    2. If you wish to shorten your scheduled lesson by 30 minutes or more, please give a minimum of one hour’s notice before the start of the scheduled session so that I may contact another student on my waiting list to fill the remaining time. Otherwise, I will need to request full payment for the scheduled appointment.
    3. If you are scheduled for a 45 minute session and wish to shorten the time to 30 minutes, I will need to request full payment for the scheduled appointment as I cannot fill a 15 minute time slot.
  3. Student will contact tutor via Skype at start time of scheduled session. If no call is received within the first few minutes of the session, tutor will attempt to contact student via Skype. Either caller should leave a message on Skype, if no answer.
  4. PayPal and credit cards accepted. Please pay at least one hour in advance of the session.
  5. To better expedite the lesson, email any necessary documents (such as worksheets, textbook pages or assignments) before the appointment begins.
  6. Sessions will end on time. Notes and other documents will be saved and uploaded to Skype or to email at the student’s request.
